What does the free assessment include?
We walk your property, identify camera blind spots and access control gaps, assess cabling infrastructure, and hand you a written plan with camera placement, door access scope, and cabling layout. Usually 30–45 minutes. Zero cost, zero obligation.
Do you upgrade existing systems?
Yes. We upgrade existing camera systems (analog to IP, DVR to NVR), retrofit access control onto existing doors, and clean up existing cabling. You don’t need to start from scratch.
What credential types do you support?
Badge/card, key fob, PIN code, and mobile credential (app-based). We work with most major access control platforms.
Are you DW-certified?
Yes. We are a Digital Watchdog Preferred Partner — certified to install and configure DW camera systems correctly, not just mount them.
Can I view cameras remotely?
Yes. Remote viewing setup is included with every camera install. View live feeds and recorded footage from your phone, tablet, or computer — anywhere, anytime.

How long does installation take?
A basic camera install can be done in a day. A full integrated system may take 2–4 days. We give you a clear timeline in your written plan.
Do you offer maintenance?
Yes. Ongoing maintenance for all systems we install. One team, one contact, one SLA.
How fast do you respond to service calls?
First response under 15 minutes during business hours (Mon–Fri 8AM–6PM, Sat 9AM–2PM).
